In 2017, a business student can:
- study finance without even hearing the words cryptocurrency or blockchain
- study marketing without learning about Facebook ads, SEO, content marketing, A/B testing or any other topic that today’s marketers deal with on a daily basis
In other words, a person can graduate almost completely unprepared for the field he/she is supposed to have specialized in.
Maybe business schools will adapt. But until they do, I suggest we follow Mark’s example.
